THE FOUNDER /
THEIA was founded by Christy Smith following more than 15 years working within facilities management.
From starting on an FM helpdesk to progressing into senior leadership, Christy has experienced the realities of FM at every level.
Her expertise spans operations, strategy, technology, transformation, process improvement and business growth.
Throughout her career, she has worked within complex, multi-site environments and helped organisations build the foundations needed to scale; including supporting the journey of an FM business from a team of three to an £18 million turnover operation.
She understands that facilities management is never one-size-fits-all. Like the organisations and people it supports, it comes in many different shapes and sizes, each with its own priorities, pressures and challenges.
That’s why THEIA won’t try to fit your business into a box. We take the time to understand where you are, what isn’t working and what you genuinely need. From there, we work alongside you to create practical solutions that fit your organisation and your ambitions.
